The Design: This is one of those pieces that started with a feeling. I wanted to portray the freedom and excitement of disc golf in a new way, borrowing a visual language from outside the game. I was a mountain biker growing up, never a skater, but one day the image of a rail grind on the basket rim hit me in a flash. I searched, asked friends, watched tutorials, and after many attempts at the idea I had the bones of something I loved. It was another "live takes, heavily edited" process to draw the master copy digitally, and I couldn't be happier with the look and energy of the result.
